How to Program the Radius Frequency on a Motorola P1225

1 Locate the “Memory” button on your Motorola Radius P1225 2 way radio; press it.
2 Rotate the “Frequency” knob at the top of the two-way radio to set it to the desired frequency. Choose between two different UHF frequency channels and 16 different VHF frequency channels.
3 Press the “Memory” button a second time.
4 Press the desired button on the two-way radio’s numeric keypad to assign the current frequency channel a number between zero and nine; you can press the button that you choose in order to access the current frequency channel once you have programmed the unit.
5 Press the “Memory” button once more to save the current frequency channel and associated number into the unit’s memory.
